I can’t believe it, but it actually snowed this weekend. I figured since it was predicted, it wouldn’t happen. The only downside was that Shauna was so excited, she woke me up a little after 7 a.m. to make sure that I didn’t miss it. Regardless, it was pretty. Mason didn’t quite know what to think, but he slowly adjusted.

We went to the ice skating rink on Market Square just before lunch and met up with Stephen, Mica, Anna and Ocean. I was so excited because they have funnel cakes and other carnival-like food. I didn’t plan on skating, I knew the shoes/boots would hurt my leg. That left me as photographer, luckily though, I was accompanied by Stephen (photographer #2).

It probably looked kind of ridiculous, two dudes with major cameras to take pictures of people ice skating, but who cares?!

It was fun and everyone had a cold, good time. Shauna especially, she was so excited to go and even more so once we got there.

We finished it off with lunch at Tomato Head (always awesome!) and then got Mason a bath. All-in-all, a good wholesome Saturday! (cheeseball, I know)
