big day
I probably just experienced one of the biggest, most life-changing things a person can do. I bought a house. Well, I pretty much bought a house. The contract is signed and all that is left is the appraisal and the inspection. Both of which I am not worried about.
I have been looking for a few months, but only seriously for about one. I has been a tougher journey than I would have thought (too much Property Virgins and My First Place on HGTV). Plus our price range kinda put us in houses that were older. Not that that is a bad thing, but it made it more likely to have problems or odd layouts. So when we walked into this one, it just felt right. It was an open layout, 3 bedroom, 2 bath and it has an upstairs that will more than likely become the “entertainment” room. I’m so excited I can’t really put it into words. So be on the watchout for cool home furnishings…then buy them for me! I’ll be very thankful!!!
I’m really ready to go to bed, but I have put off laundry for too long. Two loads then I can hit the sack!

welcome to hell.
actually, there is something to be said for coming home and sitting on your porch while enjoying a beer.
totally worth it.
doesn’t hurt that you are paying about 300 less a month than me, too.
doosh.
